Our Products
NothernStar Ocean Products are harvested straight from the sea, caught from the wild, processed packed and snap frozen on board within minutes of being caught sealing in the wild flavour, taste and texture.

Prawns
We specialise predominantly in Shark Bay Wild caught King and Tiger Prawns as well as other select seafood. Our produce is processed and conveniently packed on board ready for delivery in 2KG, 3KG, 5KG and 10KG cartons.
Scallops
Shark Bay Saucer Scallops are highly prized for their full flavour, medium firm texture and pearly white flesh. Scallops are considered an ocean delicacy renowned throughout the fine dining restaurants of the world. The majority of the scallop catch is processed at sea and are fresh frozen on the vessel to seal in all of natures goodness and taste just the way nature intended.
Blue Swimmer Crab
Shark bay Blue Swimmer Crab are prized for their sweet, clean flavour, firm texture, snowy white meat.
Moreton Bay Bug
Moreton Bay Bugs are firm and translucent when raw and white and opaque when cooked. Processed raw and packaged whole.
Cuttlefish
Another ocean delicacy, cuttlefish are tasty and full of flavour. Beloved in the Meditteranean their tentacles and ink can be used to colour and flavour rice or pasta dishes. Cuttlefish are processed and packaged whole in 2KG packaging.
Flounder
The popularity to flounder is due largely to its plate size and attractive presentation when served as a whole fish. Mild in flavour flounder is processed and packaged whole in 2KG packaging un-cleaned.
Squid
Squid are processed and packaged whole in 2KG packaging. Nor-West squid are tender and tasty the shape of the tubes make them suited to stuffing.
Flathead

Whiting
